In 2008 I decided to make a change in life - parting with my food and catering business, and founding a new business aimed at bottling the magic of handmade jams and liqueurs that taste, smell and look like those that our grandmothers used to make at home.

 

I founded my boutique factory for jams and liqueurs in my home town Ramat Hasharon, and set out to develop techniques for both products, that could be handmade in small batches, and create the required effect ! The results have been exceptional - evidenced by my growing list of customers, who enjoy both my own brand Anat, as well as private labels.

 

I love the diversity in Nature, and could not resist the temptation to reflect this in my work. I therefore offer more than 25 different fresh fruit jams and confitures, many of which are combinations of flavors that are unique and exciting creations. Among these you will find exceptional and unusual combinations of flavors such as Orange & Passion Fruit, Lychee & Strawberry and Grape & Ginger, alongside the classical jams of Apricot, Plum, Fig and Pear.

 

My liqueurs and jams are really hand-made daily from fresh fruit, leaves or roots, using meticulous small batch processes. By using the correct procedures and minimizing interference, we bottle Nature as a product for our customers. No artifical flavorings or colorings, and no artifical preservatives are used in any of our products !

Our 15% alcohol liqueurs have been awarded the following medals at the Terravino International Wine & Spirit Contest:

2009 - Silver medal for Ginger & Lemon-Verbena liqueur

2010 - Gold medal for Lemon & Ginger liqueur

2010 - Silver medal for Chili & Apple liqueur

2011 - Silver medal for Orange liqueur

2012 - Silver medal for Irish Espresso liqueur

 

We also offer colorful and originally designed packaging to complement our products and enable customers to personalize gifts by adding their company logo or other graphics to the labels and cartons, which have been specially designed for our products. In addition we produce packaging to suit different occasions, in particular the main festivities of the year such as Christmas, Easter and the New Year. Labels can be ordered in any language.
